update

Not a whole lot is new with us. We are just counting the days till we go get Steven for the holidays. We all miss him terribly. We have been cooking and baking alot , we have made a cake from scratch, and since i am taking a cake decorating class i practiced on the cake, i didn't really like the flavor of the cake but it was fun to do and i will try again with a different recipe. we also have made peppermint brittle that is alot of fun and tasty, i made homemade chicken strips, and last night we made sugar cookies, both kids love to help cook so i try and let them as much as possible. Steven got to meet Paula Dene who is one of my favorite cooks on food network.
