I got a grain mill finally, I am soexcited about it i love to grind my own wheat , i bought 50 lbs of red hard wheat it is cheap. it make great bread. i bought about 5 lbs soft wheat for pastry flour and its not expensive. it is alot of fun / i feel lkie i accomplish something good for my family. wheni make my own bread from my own wheat. the kids love watching it and being apart of the cooking process. one day i hope not to buy bread at the store again very soon it will happen.
