I have become fasinated by the homestead, simple, homecooking, sewing,animals, woodburning stove world. so ia mlearning many things about all the different things. I still want running water, elctricity, comforts but i want to get back to land, simple life. so my dad the other day was cutting wood and said hey come try this you want to get back to the basics, so i picked up the sledge hammer /ax and treid i couldnt do it for anything , i was good exercise. and i finally got a piece at the very end. HE even had my come out and try she could barely lift the sledge hammer/ax. it was alot of fun to try!!
a wood splitter and chain saw would be better. though!!
