This whole week in Kansas i the river festival . This is something we have done since i was a small child. So its fun to bring my kids . its alittle different there is alot more people and crazy things that happen. but in general it is alot of fun. The kids have enjoyed the rides and bounce houses, the food is great not good really for us but very tasty. We have been to Cowtown to see what life in 1870 was like here in Kansas, we have seen indians and will see some more this weekend at a pow wow, listened to alot of different music, went to a parade and walked alot. its been a good time. Tonight i ran into friends from Oklahoma that i haven't seen in years, they now live here, so i will get together with them soon.
