Our base gym offers a family fit class. It is such a blessing. The kids enjoy it so much. I use it as our gym credit. Our friends all go also. It is helping the kids learn to line up, share take turns and stay healthy !
These pics are of the kids being silly. Hope Loves the mirrors and gets side tracked easily by them but it is so cute. Cantrell is in these risers , they run races to pick these up and bring them back. Then someone climbs in them when they are all stacked up. We also play cung fu panda , which is kicking and punching the bags. we play circle soccer, which is a favorite everyone hold hands or locks arms and tries to keep the soccer ball in the middle of the circle. it is so funny to play and a great work out.
